Initial enquiries

The website’s enquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not itself transmit or store the information entered into those forms. Please do not include confidential records, court papers, medical information or other sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry.

Email correspondence

If you send an email, the information you provide will be used to consider and respond to your enquiry, undertake an availability and conflict check, and, where appropriate, discuss proposed instructions or commissioned work. Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes and any related professional, legal, regulatory, insurance or accounting obligations.

Website hosting and technical information

The website is hosted through WordPress. The hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and maintain the website, such as an internet protocol address, browser information and security logs. Any such processing is governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy arrangements.

Sharing information

Personal information will not be sold. It may be shared where necessary with professional advisers, service providers or relevant authorities, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Case records should only be supplied after the proposed work, secure transfer arrangements and professional responsibilities have been agreed.
